One Week Down of #75Hard

First I would like to thank the crazy bitch for reading and commenting.  Records get broken all of the time and I am currently working on a change of mindset and willpower to lose weight and keep it off.  I'm glad that losing weight, for you, is as easy as thinking about it and making it happen and I'm proud of you going out there and putting forth the power of being positive for others to follow.

The other thing that I would like to thank you for was for having me think of this song which I loved when I was younger.

I hope you keep reading and commenting, made my day.

Now to report that I am quite happy to have hit 7 days with the challenge.  There were a few cravings and an almost slip or two in there but I held strong and hit my goals every single day.

Thanks to walking approximately 4.5 miles every single day on top of whatever I would normally do my step count has increased dramatically.

At the beginning of the week I was definitely walking at a more brisk pace but the extra steps have my feet feeling tired and sore.  I'm still getting in my 2 miles every day and I'm sure after a while the soreness will go away as this becomes just a normal walk for me.

I'm happy that it looks like I'll easily hit my million steps and hit 10k steps every single day.

I pretty easily hit my 18 hour fasting goal every day going over 19 hours and even 20 hours multiple times.  I feel that in the very near future I'll hit a 24 hour fast and I'll be able to start working on breaking my longest fast which is around 28 hours.

I'd love to be able to get to 36 hours and 48 hours eventually and these are personal goals that I have during this #75Hard challenge.

I'm probably half way through my first book and looking forward to finishing it so that I can start the 75 Hard book that I ordered.

There is something so nice about holding and reading a physical book over reading one on a tablet.

And finally, my weight loss is coming along nicely.  I am under 270 pounds and my goal is to get under 265 pounds by the time I write this post after week 2.

Thank you all for coming along on this journey with me and I accept all comments and criticism below.

You spin me right round baby round round like a record player baby round round round round.
